We can't maintain support at the moment because everyone is writing to us that they got fourfold of their bookings.
We have to wait until everyone notices that they shouldn't write us any mails and then everyone should please make another support request.
Once more to all, please read the blog first. Otherwise it causes a chaos in our Support department.
We know that our system has made a multiple booking and we are waiting for the database expert who will fix that problem. It lies beyond our control.
Having said this, we have those problems only because we have to adjust both databases. We are working with another database, a better and more expensive database than before.
We had to tinker a lot so that the transition will then go smoothly. On top of that we were suffering from DDOS attacks. But we were able to fend off those until now.
We are testing at the moment the security of the automatic payouts with Bitcoin and Perfectmoney because those are absolutely necessary so that everything is even manageable.
We know that in the future all users will pay out all the money. Most times there is no reinvestment. Manually that is a tad big task and that's why every keystroke must be done correctly.
