We received so many emails that we can't answer all of them anymore.

Please only send a support request when:

1. you payed per Bitcoin and it hasn't got booked yet.
2. you need to change the pay-out account.

For everything else: please be patience and wait, we are working on it.

Once again, this things are necessary and since we are on 6 servers by now it's not that easy.
Please excuse the inconvenience and waiting times.






It's also very important that you send everyone in your downline an email to the blog so that all can be in the know. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Server maintenance

We were told that in circa 30 minutes the servers are back online. Please don't send any emails concerning that issue.

Please no internal transfers

To double usernames like exmple "user name": the money gets sent to the first part of the name, in that example "user". In some cases we can't undo that in the "rebuilding phase".

Update

1. The return got booked afresh. 

2. Due to the changeover we are missing some data. We will book those during the weekend. That concerns the payments with Perfectmoney for example.

3. We will change over to 1 server mode so that such things don't happen again. Because even backups every minute don't achive much anymore.

4. We can only take in "perfectly correct" data for the new website. So please for now DON'T write a email when there's something wrong. We correct that over the weekend. If after that there's still anything amiss, then you can simply write us.

Update: the returns got booked again

Please to anyone who has already requested a pay out : don't request one again because we'd have to reverse that manually.

Still working on the servers

There is still work to do on our servers, which means the database can be outdated for some users. It won't take long till we are finished.

These steps are necessary, so we can smoothly transfer to the new website.

For some users it looks like the return hasn't got booked yet, because the server hasn't updated since this morning.

Return got payed out

1. The return is already available today.

2. Anyone who still wants to purchase shares can definitely do that this week. We hope that we can continue with the new website from next week on. The free sale will then be halted.

3. We assume that the price will balance out to 70-80$ at the beginning if we take the current numbers as a basis for supply and demand. But we will halt the prohibition of sale (meaning the one with 180 or 90 days). All shares which are bought now will then be freely for sale without any time limit.
